Piercing for Minors (under 18)

Service Description

Piercing services for clients under the age of 18. Earlobe piercings for ages 3+, all other ear piercings, navel piercings and facial piercings available for ages 13 and up. The state of Florida requires notarized parental consent for piercings. You can print the form (from www.sacredbodyadornments.com/blank-page-1 ) and get it notarized at a bank, post office, or other notary service provider before your appointment. This form is required to be notarized regardless of parental presence or verbal consent.
