Solid 18k gold setting by Anatometal with three dainty 2m x 3mm pear cut gemstones by Swarovski, surroundinig a single 2mm brilliant cut stone. This threadless end will fit on any size of our implant grade titanium threadless labret posts, found here. This design is about 6mm wide. The titanium pin on this piece will be pre-bent to ensure a secure fit. All stones and settings are guaranteed for life against manufacturer defects.
